***To help you kick start your journey, each participant will be given a journal book and washi tape.

Pen, pencil, eraser, other stationeries, compact colouring materials
mosquito repellent, mat or cloth (optional)
Attire: Comfortable attire for walking (Yes, there will be walking!) Please wear covered shoes.
