The WAY OF BEING
静 ▲ 和 ▲ 纳 ▲ 观 ▲ 生
23 to 30 DEC 2026
These five qualities form the inner journey of The Way of Being Retreat. We begin with 静, arriving in stillness; move into和,creating harmony with ourselves, one another and the land; and open through 纳, allowing ourselves to receive new experiences and insights. Through 观, we turn inward to observe and integrate what has emerged, before arriving at 生—a renewed way of being that we carry home.
Rather than separate stages, these qualities flow into one another, guiding guests gently from arrival to renewal.
