Calibrate your steps to healing

The degree of resistance we feel towards confronting personal and/or deeply-rooted issues can impact our willingness to take action. It's important to remember that seeking support is a personal decision, and you should only take that step when you feel ready. Support doesn't have to be overwhelming or forceful - you have the power to take your steps and calibrate your steps to healing and personal development. Trust yourself and move forward at your own pace.

What dosage are you able to manage?

What is your acceptance level?

To get you brewing, we have used coffee as a metaphoric illustration to help you gauge your level of receptivity to approach support for your overall wellness.

FILTER COFFEE

Slow and safe, Therapeutic workshops– Nature Art Therapy creative expression

Like Filter Coffee, this level requires a longer brewing time than Long Black. It's perfect for first-time therapy goers or those who prefer a milder approach. We'll take gentle steps forward with creative art therapy workshops, such as Nature Art Therapy, to help you care for your well-being and express yourself creatively.

LONG BLACK

Rich and robust, group art psychotherapy

Long Black has a richer and more robust flavor with a bitter undertone compared to Filter Coffee. In group art psychotherapy, we'll focus on topics such as caregiving and other psychologically related genres, facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist. Conversations play a crucial role in weaving strong emotional support on a personal and collective level that is pertinent to the healing process.
