TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Participation: By registering and attending the nature art therapy workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

2.    Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the workshop. It is advised that participants inform the organizer of any health conditions or concerns prior to the workshop.

3.    Outdoor Setting: The nature art therapy workshop will take place in an outdoor environment. Participants should come prepared with suitable clothing, footwear, and any necessary protective gear according to weather conditions.

4.    Walking and Physical Activity: The workshop may involve walking or physical activities as part of the nature exploration and art journaling process. Participants should be in reasonable physical condition to participate and are encouraged to engage at their own pace and comfort level.

5.    Art Journaling: Participants will be given a journal/sketch book and washi tape during the workshop. Participants are required to bring their own set of stationeries and compact art supplies of their preferred choice.

6.    Confidentiality and Sharing: The nature art therapy workshop may involve sharing personal experiences and insights with the group. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of others. Sharing is voluntary, and participants have the right to decline if they are not comfortable sharing.

7.    Photography and Media: The organizer may capture photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional or documentation purposes. Participants who prefer not to be included in such media should notify the organizer in advance.

8.  In the event of a participant's cancellation, refunds will be issued according to the following policy:

·       Cancellations made seven days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund.

·       Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the workshop will be subjected to no refund.

9.    Changes and Cancellations by the Organizer: The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the workshop in unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or insufficient participant registrations. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

10. Liability: While the organizer takes precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable workshop experience, participants acknowledge that they voluntarily participate in the workshop and assume all associated risks. The organizer, instructors, and venue owners will not be held liable for any personal injuries, damages, losses, or thefts that may occur during the workshop.
